In January-September 2021, the passenger traffic of the Tashkent Metro reached 68.8 million people, which is 2.9 times more than in the same period last year. This is 97.1 % of the total number of passengers transported by electric transport for this period.
In the total volume of passenger transportation by electric transport, the share of trams (1.6 million people) and trolley buses (446.3 thousand people) amounted to 2.9 %.
