Starting from November 11, 2021, pilot population censuses were launched in the Khojaabad district of the Andijan region, the Yukori-Chirchik district of the Tashkent region, the city of Khiva, the Khorezm region and the Yashnabad district of the city of Tashkent.
Non-registered online residents of these 4 regions will be registered from November 11 to 25 by census takers by filling out questionnaires on paper and tablets.
In order to effectively conduct these activities, registrars and other staff were trained, and special ID cards, scarves, gloves, umbrellas and special bags were provided to the staff prior to the registration process.
Working groups consisting of specialists from the State Statistics Committee and territorial statistical bodies arrived in the regions to participate and control this process.
From today - November 11, the registration process began.
