Starting from November 11, 2021, pilot population censuses were launched in the Khojaabad district of the Andijan region, the Yukori Chirchik district of the Tashkent region, the City of Khiva in the Khorezm region and the Yashnabad district of the city of Tashkent.
As we reported earlier, a pilot online population census was conducted from 1 to 5 November.
From 11 to 25 November, residents of these 4 regions, who are not registered online, from the side of the census takers fill out questionnaires on paper and tablets.
These pilot processes are carried out in order to thoroughly prepare for the main activities of the 2023 population census in our republic.
