In January-September 2021, the gross domestic product in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 519 825.1 billion soums and increased by 6.9 % compared to the corresponding period last year.
High volumes of the gross regional product (GRP) were noted in the city of Tashkent (87 815.6 billion soums), Tashkent (57 232.3 billion soums) and Navoi (41 992.3 billion soums) regions.
In the current period, high GRP growth rates were recorded in the city of Tashkent (114.1%), Syrdarya (111.6%) and Tashkent (109.6%) regions.
