According to the National Statistics Committee, medical and pharmaceutical products worth approximately $1.3 billion were imported to Uzbekistan in January–August 2026.
During this period, the export of this type of product amounted to 45.6 million US dollars.
Compared to the corresponding period in 2025, export volume increased by 54.6 %, while imports decreased by 0.7 %.
