In January-September 2021, the volume of investments directed to new construction amounted to 7701.6 billion soums, which is 65.6% of the total volume of utilized investments.
Investments aimed at expansion, reconstruction, modernization and technical re-equipment of existing economic facilities amounted to 2,997.8 billion soums and amounted to 25.6% of the total volume of investments in the region. The rest 8.8%, that is 1031.0 billion soums, was directed to other expenses.
