In January-September 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in industry in the Fergana region amounted to 6 494.9 billion soums and, compared to the same period last year, increased by 6.4%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 20.0% and, compared to January-September 2020, increased by 0.2 percentage points.
