According to a sample survey by the Statistics Agency, as of January-November 2023 in the Namangan region, 72.5 % of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
households with one child – 23.9 %;
households with two children – 26.2 %;
households with three children – 15.5 %;
households with four or more children – 6.9 %.
According to the survey, 27.5 % of households do not have children under the age of 16.
