In January-September 2023, in the Surkhandarya region, only 1,408.3 billion soums of investments in fixed capital were disbursed in the mining industry, and their share in the total investment amounted to 14.3 %.
Of these, 1,385.4 billion soums were disbursed through foreign investments and loans, the share of which amounted to 28.9 % of the total volume.
