According to preliminary data, in January-September 2023, the republic produced 15.6 thousand tons of honey.
This figure increased by 6.3 % compared to 2022.
A significant share of the total volume of honey belongs to the Bukhara region (15.6 %).
At the same time, high rates of honey received were noted in Kashkadarya (9.3 %), Fergana (9.2 %) and Andijan (8.3 %) regions.
