On January 25 of this year, the Women's Primary Organization of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a reporting meeting on the work carried out in 2023 and planned for the future.
The meeting was attended by women from the Statistics Agency, as well as women from the territorial statistical offices.
The event was opened by Deputy Director of the Statistics Agency Ziyaev Zahidzhan Muratovich, making a speech that today in the family, society, especially as a result of special attention being paid to increasing the activity of women in public life, there are major changes both in social relations and in legislation, on the role and achievements of women in the statistical system.
At this event, the head of the Agency for Human Resources Management and Development, Chairman of the Women's Primary Organization Talipova Zulhumor Normatovna, made a report on measures to protect the rights and legitimate interests of women, increase their role and activity in the socio-political life of the country, ensure guarantees of gender equality, broad involvement in scientific activities, and the formation of a healthy lifestyle among women to strengthen spiritual and moral values in the family, at the same time, the agency provided information about the achievements of its women.
