On the second day of the seminar, participants explored and analyzed international best practices in open data management, including experiences from European and Asian countries as well as UN system institutions. Particular focus was placed on gender statistics, user needs-based data analysis, and mechanisms for ensuring citizen engagement.

Interactive sessions facilitated discussions on how to adapt international standards to the national context. The seminar served as an important step in strengthening the capacity of Uzbekistan’s statistical system, fostering a culture of open data, and promoting the adoption of global best practices.
