According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-July 2025, Uzbekistan imported 12.6 thousand tons of dates worth 9 million US dollars from 17 countries.
The volume of date imports increased by 4.9 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period last year.
Countries that delivered the most dates to Uzbekistan in the first 7 months of this year:
- Iran - 9.8 thousand tons
- Tunisia - 810 tons
- Turkey - 396 tons
- Saudi Arabia - 245 tons
- Kazakhstan - 230 tons
- Azerbaijan - 224 tons
- UAE - 196 tons
- Other countries - 624 tons
