According to the National Statistics Committee, 68 schools were put into operation in the republic during January-June 2025.
Of these, 34 are located in rural areas.
The number of new schools by region is as follows:
- Andijan region - 35;
- Bukhara region - 19;
- Khorezm region - 7;
- Namangan region - 6;
- Republic of Karakalpakstan - 1.
