According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of real estate services in Uzbekistan for January-August 2025 amounted to 16.6 trillion soums.
This indicator increased by 10.8% compared to the corresponding period last year.
The main part of this type of service - 95.8% - was provided by services for the rental and management of personal or leased real estate.
The share of services for the purchase and sale of personal real estate was 1.8%, the share of services for the management of real estate, provided for a fee or on a contractual basis, was 1.6%, the share of services of real estate agencies, provided for a fee or on a contractual basis, was 0.8%.
