In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-173 "On the Population and Agricultural Census," from January 15 to February 28, 2026, the event "Population and Agricultural Census" will be held in our country.
In order to thoroughly prepare for this important event, the Department of Statistics of the Navoi region, as well as the departments of statistics of districts and cities, organize training seminars for trainers who train census personnel on the ground.
During the seminars, participants are provided with detailed information about the essence and significance of the Presidential Decree, the stages of the registration process, and its significance. Information systems used in the census, rules for filling out electronic questionnaires, and practical recommendations on information security topics are also presented.
Such training seminars contribute to the effective organization of the population and agricultural census process, its implementation in accordance with the requirements of international standards. Thus, a reliable database of population size, structure, and agricultural resources will be created.
