According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of real estate services in Uzbekistan for January-October 2025 amounted to 21 trillion soums.
This indicator increased by 11.4 % compared to the corresponding period last year.
Services for the rental and management of personal or leased real estate accounted for 95.9 % of the total volume of services related to real estate.
The share of services for the purchase and sale of personal real estate was only 1.7%, real estate management services for remuneration or on a contractual basis - 1.6%, real estate agencies or services on a contractual basis - 0.8 %.
