According to preliminary data from the National Statistical Committee, a total of 39.7 thousand foreign citizens arrived in Uzbekistan for training in 2025.
This indicator increased by 58.2% compared to the corresponding period of last year.
The number of foreign citizens who arrived in Uzbekistan for study in 2025 by country is as follows:
India - 17,241 people;
Turkmenistan - 9,349 people;
Tajikistan - 2,904 people;
Pakistan - 1,779 people;
China - 1,428 people;
South Korea - 917 people;
Kyrgyz Republic - 912 people;
Egypt - 893 people;
Philippines - 745 people;
USA - 482 people;
Other countries - 3,011 people.
