According to the National Statistics Committee, Uzbekistan imported 37,874 electric vehicles worth USD 447.7 million in January–June 2026.
Compared with the corresponding period of the previous year, imports increased by 23.5 thousand units, or 2.6-fold.
The countries that supplied the largest numbers of electric vehicles to Uzbekistan during this period were:
China — 37,560 units;
Hong Kong SAR, China — 141 units;
Republic of Korea — 80 units;
Germany — 42 units;
United States — 21 units;
other countries — 30 units.
