A meeting dedicated to the outcomes of the mission was held with the participation of B. Hamraev, Chairman of the National Committee on Statistics, and international experts Anita Perjina, Mariana Toteva, and Rasmiyya Aliyeva.
During the meeting, the work carried out as part of the mission was reviewed, and issues related to the effective use of population and agricultural census results in national accounts and agricultural statistics were discussed.
The experts also presented their conclusions and recommendations on ensuring the consistency, coherence, and quality of statistical data, improving the existing methodology in line with international standards, and statistically measuring the non-observed economy.
B. Hamraev thanked the international experts for their work during the mission and for their practical recommendations. The parties confirmed their readiness to continue cooperation in the identified areas.
