Uzbekistan residents spent more than UZS 27 trillion on educational services in 7 months

According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the volume of services in the education sector in Uzbekistan amounted to UZS 27.2 trillion in January–July 2026.

This figure increased by 18.4 % compared with the corresponding period of 2025.

Within the structure of educational services, higher education services accounted for the largest share, making up 41.2% of the total volume of educational services.

The volume of educational services by region was as follows:

Tashkent city — UZS 14.5 trillion;

Samarkand region — UZS 1.7 trillion;

Fergana region — UZS 1.7 trillion;

Namangan region — UZS 1.3 trillion;

Andijan region — UZS 1.3 trillion;

Tashkent region — UZS 1.2 trillion;

Bukhara region — UZS 1.1 trillion;

Kashkadarya region — UZS 972.7 billion;

Republic of Karakalpakstan — UZS 771.7 billion;

Surkhandarya region — UZS 712.0 billion;

Khorezm region — UZS 694.1 billion;
