According to the National Committee on Statistics, as of 1 August 2026, there were 29,582 commercial enterprises operating in Uzbekistan’s public catering sector. Of these, 147 were large enterprises, while 29,435 were small enterprises and microfirms.
In January–July 2026, the turnover of public catering enterprises reached UZS 171 trillion.
Compared with the corresponding period of 2025, this indicator increased by 16.7% in real terms.
