According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January–July 2026, Uzbekistan imported 65,876 passenger cars worth USD 920.4 million from 29 countries.
By type, imported passenger cars were as follows:
electric passenger cars — 46,749 units;
petrol-powered passenger cars — 10,987 units;
hybrid passenger cars (petrol and electric) — 8,077 units;
other types of passenger cars — 63 units.
The countries that supplied the largest number of passenger cars to Uzbekistan during this period were:
China — 63,039 units;
United States — 765 units;
Republic of Korea — 737 units;
Japan — 345 units;
other countries — 990 units.
