On March 12 of this year, the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a webinar for employees of the departments of organizing and conducting census processes of the Statistics Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent on the topic of the legal basis of the population census in our republic.
As of March 1, 2024, the number of registered enterprises in the industry in the republic amounted to 110,851 units, and the growth rate compared to the same period in 2023 was 103.1 %.
