At the beginning of the 2022/2023 academic year, the number of students studying evening courses in higher educational organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 37,720 people.

   In order to prepare for the census process in the regions, statistical agencies, together with makhalla activists, are working on the basis of a schedule to study the status of setting the numbers of unnumbered houses in the makhalla and the condition of streets without nameplates.

According to analytical information, over the past 5 years, 99 thousand units of small enterprises and microfirms have been created in the industry.

As of February 1, 2024, the number of registered enterprises in the trade sector in the republic amounted to 221,232 units, which increased 1.1 times compared to the corresponding period in 2023.
