According to the results of January-September 2021, the GRP of the Namangan region amounted to 24 145.3 billion soums, which is 8.0% higher than the data for January-September 2020. GRP growth rates are due to positive growth rates in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 104.1% (share in the GRP structure - 40.4%), industry - 114.7% (14.2%), construction - 109.4% (7.4%) and the service sector - 109.6% (38.0%). GRP per capita increased by 5.8% and amounted to 8 352.5 thousand soums.
