On December 20, 2021, a regular online seminar was held at the State Committee on Statistics to increase human resources, broadly promote advanced and modern methodologies in the system.
The webinar was organized by the Department of Living Standards Statistics and Population Surveys of the State Committee on Statistics. It was attended by the central office of the State Committee on Statistics and employees of territorial departments of statistics.
At the beginning of the event, issues were discussed on the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 27, 2021 No. 544 "On the introduction of the procedure for calculating the cost of minimum consumer costs".
Outreach was also undertaken for the Food and Agriculture Organization's (FAO) Questionnaire on Moderate to Severe Food Safety Awareness (FIES).
After that, the Deputy Head of the Department of Living Standards Statistics and Population Surveys of the State Committee on Statistics Urazbayev Rakhmatjon raised the issue of raising the qualifications and potential of employees of territorial departments.
In particular, the role of the order of organizing and conducting sample surveys of households in the study of the standard of living of the population was noted.
At the seminar, an exchange of views took place on the topic and detailed answers to the questions posed were provided.
