At a meeting on measures to improve national statistics chaired by the head of state on June 1, 2020, the issue of human resources was raised, and instructions were given to train and improve the skills of all specialists of the statistical system.
Based on this, on December 23 of this year, the Human Resources Department of the State Statistics Committee organized a video seminar aimed at improving the qualifications of personnel. The seminar was watched online by representatives of territorial statistical offices.
At the beginning, the head of the personnel department Talipova Zulkhumor Normatovna stopped at large-scale work to improve the qualifications of personnel in our country.
Also, during the event, detailed information was provided on the regulatory legal acts adopted in order to improve qualifications and develop the professional potential of personnel.
At the end of the seminar, the participants were provided with appropriate proposals and recommendations for improving the qualifications of personnel.
