In January-September 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in construction in the Tashkent region amounted to 2,700.0 billion soums and, compared to the same period last year, increased by 21.3%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 4.9% and, compared to January-September 2020, increased by 0.5 percentage points, and compared to the corresponding period of 2017 by 2.3 percentage points.
