In 2021, the City of Tashkent made the largest contribution to the formation of the republic's GDP with a share of 16.6%. Tashkent and Navoi regions occupy the next places with indicators of 11.2% and 8.1%, respectively. Syrdarya (2.1%) and Jizzakh (3.2%) regions have the smallest share in the formation of the republic's GDP.
