At the end of 2021, the GRP of the Tashkent region amounted to 82 148.4 billion soums with an increase of 10.7%. In this region, positive growth rates were noted in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 103.9% (share in the GRP structure - 22.3%), industry - 112.6% (48.9%), construction - 111.7% (5.0%) and the service sector - 113.2% (23.8%).Compared to 2020, GRP per capita in real terms increased by 12.0% and amounted to 28 163.9 thousand soums.
