High indicators of the number of operating small businesses were recorded in the following regions:

  • in the city of Tashkent - 101,097 units.
  • in the Tashkent region 46,886 units.
  • In Samarkand region - 45,480 units.
  • in the Fergana region 43,494 units.
  • In Andijan region - 37,893 units.
  • In Kashkadarya region - 34,813 units.

By type of economic activity, the number of small businesses was distributed as follows:

  • in trade - 172,150 units.
  • in industry - 94,008 units.
  • in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 50,400 units.
  • in construction - 45,270 units.
  • in the area of accommodation and food - 34,857 units.
