At the beginning of the 2021/2022 academic year, 808.4 thousand students studied at higher educational institutions of the republic, of which 554 thousand were full-time students, 228 thousand were part-time students, and 26.6 thousand people were studying in the evening.
If we compare with the 2020/2021 academic year, we can observe an increase of 112 thousand people in full-time education, 110 thousand people in correspondence form and 15 thousand people in evening form of education.
