According to the results of January-June 2022, the volume of GRP of the Khorezm region amounted to 13,368.8 billion soums and, compared to January-June 2021, increased by 6.1%. In this region, positive growth rates were noted in the sectors of agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 103.4% (share in the GRP structure - 38.7%), industry - 115.4% (15.7%), construction - 105.3 % (6.8%) and services - 105.1% (38.8%). GRP per capita increased by 4.4% and amounted to 6,925.4 thousand soums.
