In August 2022, 4,123 cases of divorce were registered in the republic, while the number of divorces per thousand inhabitants was 1.4 ppm.In terms of regions, the largest number of divorces from marriage was recorded in the city of Tashkent (530) and the Fergana region (508), while the largest number of divorces from marriage per thousand inhabitants was recorded in the city of Tashkent (2.2 ppm) and the Syrdarya region ( 1.8 ppm).
