In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-July 2022, large enterprises produced a total of 10.1 thousand tons of table salt, the growth rate compared to the corresponding period in 2021 was 10.5 times.
Also, in January-July 2022, the Republic of Karakalpakstan accounted for the largest share of table salt production by large enterprises (67.5%), the production volume amounted to 6.8 thousand tons.
