In January - July 2022, in the structure of construction work on the construction of buildings and structures in the Jizzakh region, the share of construction work performed by large construction organizations amounted to 5.6%, and increased by 1.6 p.p. compared to 2021.
The share of small enterprises and microfirms in this type of activity decreased by 1.7 p.p. compared to 2021 and amounted to 71.4%. The share of the informal sector also decreased by 0.1 p.p. compared to 2021. and amounted to 23.0%.
