On November 18 this year, the State Committee on Statistics hosted a festive event dedicated to the Day of the adoption of the state flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The event was attended by employees of the central office of the State Committee on Statistics.
Adviser to the Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics on improving the efficiency of spiritual and educational work, ensuring compliance with the legislation on the state language Akhmedov Kiyomkhon Eleskhonovich and the head of the legal department Tukhtaev Vakhab Oripovich informed that on November 18, 1991, the law "On the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted by the Supreme Council Republic of Uzbekistan in an extraordinary order, the adoption at the VII session, the meaning of the flag, the origin and lexical meaning of the word flag, the appearance of flags in the history of our country.
