According to the results of January-September 2022, the GRP of the Syrdarya region amounted to 12,812.3 billion soums and, compared to January-September 2021, increased by 4.5%. In this region, positive growth rates were noted in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 103.5% (share in the GRP structure - 38.4%), industry - 110.5% (24.9%) and services - 106.0 % (29.6%). In construction, there was a decrease in volume in comparable prices, which amounted to 86.1% compared to January-September 2021 (the share of this industry in the GRP structure is 7.1%). GRP per capita increased by 2.4% and amounted to 14,470.7 thousand soums.
