in Tashkent region - 4,760 units;
in the Navoi region - 3,866 units;
in the Samarkand region - 2,475 units;
in the Republic of Karakalpakstan - 2,291 units.
The types of activities in which, at the end of 2021, the largest number of small enterprises and microfirms headed by women were noted:
in trade - 16,600 units;
in the service sector - 10,840 units;
in industry - 5,543 units;
in agriculture - 2,180 units;
in construction - 1,309 units.
