"Open Data Challenge" is an annual competition for the development of technological solutions using open data. The hackathon aims to develop and increase the interest of citizens in the use of open data.
The goals of this competition are the development of a professional community in the subject area; development of relevant competencies of representatives of state and municipal authorities, as well as hackathon participants; realization of the social and economic potential of state and municipal open data.
Competitors are required to:
- full participation in all activities;
– creation of a digital solution;
- both individual and team applications are accepted. No more than three people can participate in a team, one of which must submit a team application for participation. Individual applicants may team up on the first day of the hackathon.
