According to the results of January-September 2022, the gross value added (GVA) in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Surkhandarya region amounted to 11,546.0 billion soums and, compared to January-September 2021, increased by 3.5%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 46.9% and, compared to the same period in 2018, decreased by 4.4 percentage points.
