On January 23 of this year, a seminar was organized on the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies within the framework of Open Data Week
Umid Akhmedov, Director of the Department of Cloud Architecture for Data and Artificial Intelligence (Head of Data and AI Cloud Solution Architecture, Microsoft Denmark) from the Microsoft office in Denmark, took part in this seminar.
The seminar discussed the tasks set in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 17, 2021 No. 4996 “On measures to create conditions for the accelerated introduction of artificial intelligence technologies".
Also, the further functioning, within the framework of the Open Data Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan, of a digital data platform providing domestic scientific organizations and higher educational institutions, as well as developers and organizations in the field of information technology, access to sets of government and other data for use in software based on artificial intelligence was studied.
The event was attended by employees of the Department for Monitoring and Coordinating the Activities of the Open Data Portal and the Information Security Department.
At the end of the seminar, the expert gave exhaustive answers to the participants' questions on the topic.
This seminar was organized within the framework of the Open Data Week "Open Data Week 2022" with the support of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Uzbekistan.
