In the period from January to December 2022, a total of 5,163.2 thousand citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan went abroad for tourism purposes.
Of these, 646.7 thousand people aged 0-18 years, 1214.8 thousand people aged 19-30 years, 2391.7 people aged 31-55 years and 909.9 thousand people aged 56 years and older.
Among those who went abroad for tourism purposes, the largest share - 46.3% belongs to the age group of 31-55 years.
