The following issues were discussed at the event:
improving the position of the Republic of Uzbekistan in international rankings and indexes in the field of open data, such as Open Data Inventory (ODIN), Global Data Barometer (GDB), etc.;
the current state of the open data ecosystem in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
prospects and directions of further development of open data in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
"Open Data Policy" in Uzbekistan;
further development of the digital data platform for use in software based on artificial intelligence on the Open Data Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
filling in missing data of the Republic of Uzbekistan in databases of international organizations, such as the Database of the International Transport Forum and others;
"Openness Index";
standard forms of socially significant information subject to mandatory placement by state bodies and organizations on their official websites and the Open Data Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan data.egov.uz;
proposals on improving the current legislative acts on the introduction of a system of certification of socially significant information when posted on official websites and the Open Data Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan data.egov.uz .
This seminar was organized within the framework of the Open Data Week "Open Data Week 2022" with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan.
