The total number of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who went abroad in January-December 2022 amounted to 5,163.2 thousand people. The number of those who left for the CIS countries amounted to 4,504.5 thousand people, which accounted for 87.2% of the total number of those who left, and 658.7 thousand people (12.8%) left for other countries.
