According to the results for 2022, the share of industry in the GDP of the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 26.7%.
In the period under review, the share of mining and quarrying in the structure of the value added of the industrial sector increased to 15.5% against 15.3% in 2021, while the share of the manufacturing industry amounted to 77.1% (in 2021 - 77, 3%).
