In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-December 2022, large enterprises produced 1,028.0 tons of cottage cheese, which is 2.7 times higher than the production growth rate for the corresponding period of 2021. Of these, 85.3 tons of cottage cheese were produced in December.
