On February 16 this year, the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a regular meeting with the head of the representative office of the International Organization for Migration in Uzbekistan.
The event was attended by Deputy Director of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zohidjon Ziyaev, Head of the Representative Office of the International Organization for Migration in Uzbekistan Sanjarbek Tashbaev and other specialists.
During the meeting, Zohidjon Ziyaev and Sanzharbek Tashbaev exchanged views on current and promising areas of bilateral cooperation, including on maintaining migration statistics in our country and its further improvement.
At the end of the meeting, within the framework of cooperation, laptops were provided to the Agency of Statistics by the Representative Office of the International Organization for Migration in Uzbekistan.
