According to the Agency of Statistics, the number of labor resources in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2022 amounted to 19,494.6 thousand people.
Among the regions of our republic, the largest number of labor resources fell on the Samarkand region, and its share in the total number of labor resources of the republic amounted to 11.1 percent.
